A native of Grays Harbor on the Washington Coast, David Trask has been creating Fine Art Prints since 1981. Each part of the process of creating the print is performed by the artist, including conceiving the original image, freehand drawing each layer (as many as thirty layers per print), blending colors and individually printing, inspecting, approving and hand titling and signing each giclee print. Premium quality archival printing inks are used on museum quality 100 percent cotton rag paper made for fine arts printing. Matting is done with museum quality 100 percent cotton rag mats. Each image will be printed in not more than the edition number (usually nine hundred fifty) plus ten percent artists proofs.
